This is a pre-sale opportunity. Construction is expected to begin after initial reservations, with move-in estimated in future phases.

The first lot has been finalized, and the project is entering the permitting and planning stage. Construction is expected to begin following final approvals, with VIP buyers receiving regular updates throughout the process.

Yes — Alder & Stone will be built in multiple phases, allowing early registrants the opportunity to secure homes in the first release.

When will homes be ready for occupancy?

Estimated occupancy timelines will be released closer to construction. VIP registrants will be the first to receive updates.
